RAWRTrip’s 4 Days, 3 Nights at Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay: Comfort, Convenience, and Warm Filipino Hospitality

A Boracay vacation is only as enjoyable as the place you come home to after a long day under the sun.

During RAWRTrip‘s recent four-day, three-night getaway to the island, our home was Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay—and it proved to be more than just a place to sleep.

Traveling as a group of 10, we were comfortably accommodated in five rooms on the fifth floor. One thing immediately stood out throughout our stay: the hotel’s staff consistently went above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome.

Whether we needed assistance with transportation, requests for the room, or simply directions around Boracay, the team was always quick to respond with genuine Filipino hospitality. Their attentiveness became even more evident after one of our island tours when I accidentally sustained a minor injury. Within minutes, the hotel had a medic ready to attend to me—something we thankfully didn’t expect to need but deeply appreciated.

Located along the main road in Station 2, Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay offers easy access to many of the island’s attractions.

D’Mall Boracay is just a short walk away, while the famous White Beach is only around 700 meters from the property. Restaurants, cafés, bars, souvenir shops, convenience stores, and transportation are all within easy reach, making it an ideal location for travelers who want to explore Boracay without being far from their hotel.

The convenience actually begins even before check-in.

From Caticlan Airport, Azalea’s staff coordinated our transfers, assisted with our luggage, arranged transportation, facilitated our environmental fees and boat tickets, and ensured we arrived at the resort smoothly. It’s a seamless experience that removes much of the stress that often comes with traveling to Boracay.

One of Azalea’s biggest advantages over traditional hotel rooms is its apartment-style accommodations.

The hotel offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites complete with a living area and fully equipped kitchenette, making it especially suitable for families, barkadas, and large groups.

Our rooms were spacious, clean, and pleasantly scented—a small detail that immediately made the space feel fresh and welcoming.

Each suite came equipped with comfortable beds, a sofa, flat-screen television, complimentary Wi-Fi, personal safe, kitchenette with microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, dining essentials, and complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water.

The two-bedroom suites also featured two bathrooms with hot and cold showers, complete toiletries, vanity mirrors, hair dryers, and ironing facilities, making it easy for multiple guests to get ready at the same time.

The wearable RFID wristband that doubles as a room key was another thoughtful touch, allowing guests to access their rooms without worrying about carrying a keycard everywhere.

Each morning started with breakfast at Kuya J Restaurant, located within the hotel.

The breakfast buffet featured a variety of Filipino breakfast favorites along with other dishes that provided enough energy before spending the day exploring Boracay.

Whether heading out for island hopping, water activities, or simply walking around White Beach, having breakfast just steps from the room made mornings convenient and hassle-free.

Comfortable rooms and a great location are important, but what truly elevated our stay was the service.

The staff consistently assisted us in booking transportation, answered our questions, accommodated requests, and ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout our stay.

Unlike some destinations where guests sometimes notice differences in treatment, Azalea’s team welcomed both local and international travelers with the same warmth and professionalism.

Even before our departure, the front office contacted us to confirm our pickup schedule and arranged our transportation back to the port, making our trip home as seamless as our arrival.

Beyond its accommodations, Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay also serves as an excellent base for exploring the island.

Guests can coordinate island hopping tours, paddleboarding, spa services, and other activities through the hotel’s front desk. Those who prefer staying in can enjoy the rooftop infinity pool or simply relax in the spacious suites after a day outdoors.

Its combination of apartment-style accommodations, strategic Station 2 location, family-friendly amenities, and attentive service makes Azalea an excellent choice for travelers looking for both comfort and convenience.

After spending four days in Boracay, one thing became clear for our team: while the island’s beaches remain the main attraction, having a hotel that feels like home makes the entire vacation even more memorable.

For families, groups of friends, or anyone planning a Boracay getaway, Azalea Hotels & Residences Boracay offers the kind of warm hospitality and spacious accommodations that allow guests to focus on what truly matters—making the most of their island escape.
