Miss Universe Pakistan has officially unveiled the first members of its judging panel for the 2026 edition of the pageant, with Filipino cosmetic dentist Dr. Jonas Apostol returning as Chairman of Judges for a historic third consecutive year.

Joining him on the international selection committee is Miss Globe 2021 Maureen Montagne, whose experience competing on the global pageant stage is expected to bring valuable insight to the search for Pakistan’s next representative to the Miss Universe competition.
According to the organization, Dr. Apostol’s reappointment reflects its continued confidence in his leadership and expertise in maintaining the competition’s judging standards. As founder of the Apostol Dental Cosmetic Center, he has become one of the Philippines’ most recognized celebrity cosmetic dentists and has helped shape the selection process by emphasizing confidence, authenticity, intelligence, and global appeal among candidates.

Montagne, meanwhile, adds extensive pageant experience to the committee. Crowned Miss Globe 2021, the Filipino beauty queen has represented the country on the international stage and has become known for her advocacy work alongside her achievements in pageantry.
The announcement was made by House of Yugen, the Filipino-owned global media, public relations, publishing, and entertainment company founded by Josh Yugen. The company currently holds the Miss Universe Pakistan, Miss Universe Egypt, and Miss Universe Sweden franchises while continuing to expand its portfolio in media, entertainment, and technology.
Yugen said the company’s growth reflects its commitment to creating opportunities that transcend borders.
“House of Yugen has always been about building bridges—connecting people, cultures, and opportunities across borders. With GEN YU, we are expanding that mission by introducing breakthrough technologies and future-focused brands that can positively impact Southeast Asia. It’s the natural evolution of who we are as a company.”
The organization also revealed that the announcement marks only the first phase of its 2026 selection committee. Six more judges from the fields of pageantry, business, fashion, media, entertainment, and technology are expected to be announced in the coming weeks, completing an international panel tasked with selecting Pakistan’s next Miss Universe delegate.
House of Yugen said the appointments underscore its commitment to assembling a credible and globally respected judging panel while showcasing Filipino leadership on the international pageant stage. Through its growing portfolio of pageant franchises and emerging technology venture GEN YU, the company continues to strengthen its presence across the global entertainment and innovation industries.
