TV5 President and CEO Guido Zaballero recently sat down with the cast and production teams of Kapatid series A Secret in Prague and My Bespren Emman in separate gatherings, where he expressed his appreciation for their hard work and commitment in making the shows worthy of being TV5’s flagbearing teleseryes.
Present were Enrique Gil, Andrea Brillantes, and Cedric Juan of A Secret in Prague; and JM de Guzman, Shaina Magdayao, Sid Lucero, and Ai-Ai delas Alas of My Bespren Emman.
A Secret in Prague lorded it over the Netflix charts for several weeks, while My Bespren Emman has earned praise for its meaningful theme and acclaimed performances. The show recently won acting honors at the 15th World Class Excellence Japan Awards, with Sid Lucero named Best Supporting Actor and Ryrie Sophia recognized as Best Child Performer.
“We are confident that a wider audience will enjoy the more exciting plots and twists that both shows have to offer in the coming days and weeks. We will announce these changes soon,” Zaballero said.
