The Esports Foundation (EF) today confirmed the official roster submissions and direct invite recipients for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) tournament at the Esports Nations Cup 2026 (ENC), the global nation-based esports competition set to debut in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from November 2-29, 2026. Among the 16 countries receiving direct invites, the Philippines has earned itself a direct invitation to ENC 2026, setting the stage for the country’s best MLBB talent to represent the nation on the world stage.
32 MLBB rosters will compete at the ENC Finals, with 16 receiving a direct invitation through the ENC Rankings, which aggregates points earned by players based on their placements in international, regional, and select, including the most recent Mid Season Cup at EWC 2026 in Paris.

Sitting heads and shoulders above the rest of the field is the team representing the Philippines. The Philippines tops the ENC Rankings with 12,550 points, holding a commanding lead in the standings. Featuring the Team Liquid Philippines core of Jaypee, Sanji, and KarlTzy alongside the stellar duo of FlapTzy and Super Marco from Team Falcons Philippines, players from both Clubs are looking for a bit of retribution after falling short at MSC at EWC 2026. Team Liquid’s winless streak, coupled with their instant group stage elimination as defending champions made headlines across the Philippine MLBB scene. The veteran trio will be extra motivated to bounce back and reaffirm their place at the top of the MLBB bracket.
The Philippines’ commanding lead reflects just how far the local MLBB and esports scene has come. Filipino players now consistently compete at the highest level on the international stage, with ENC 2026 providing more opportunities for Filipino talent to showcase their skills to a global audience. Competing under the Philippine flag gives the national team a chance to represent the Filipino fans who have made MLBB one of the country’s biggest esports titles and communities.
With these invites now distributed, attention turns to the online regional qualifiers taking place August 15-16. The top two teams from the qualifiers for Western Europe, Eastern Europe & Central Asia, MENA, and Southeast Asia & Oceania will qualify, alongside the winners of the qualifiers for North America, South America, East Asia, South Asia, Central & West Africa, and Southern & East Africa. The final two teams will go to Wildcard slots; one Host Region slot, and one Solidarity slot.
