Angela Muji continues to cement her status as a rising star, this time returning to her singing roots with the release of her latest single “Is It Over” under Ivory Music.
Known for her titular role in the ongoing Viva One hit series Dating Alys Perez, Angela is currently enjoying a career milestone as an actress while continuing to pursue her passion for music. Her latest release adds to a growing list of musical endeavors that began with her stint as a member of P-Pop Generation in April 2019.
Since transitioning to acting, Angela has taken on supporting roles in Chasing in the Wild and Ang Mutya ng Section E before landing her first leading role in Seducing Drake Palma in 2025. The series also marked the beginning of her popular onscreen pairing with Rabin Angeles, popularly known as RabGel.
The success of their tandem led to several collaborations, including their film debut as a loveteam in A Werewolf Boy. They later starred in the anthology series Viva One Presents: RabGel, where they explored different stories and characters while further showcasing their chemistry as a pair.
Angela and Rabin are currently starring in Dating Alys Perez, with Angela taking on the titular role in the Viva One series. The project has given her another opportunity to showcase a more mature acting range while further strengthening the popularity of RabGel among viewers. Add to that, Angela is also the brand ambassador and endorser of Vibbi with Viva Beauty, GeLaVie with Viva Beauty, Honor, and Rise.
Despite her growing success in acting, Angela has continued to nurture her career as a recording artist. She previously released the Tagalog recording of “My Prince” and her own rendition of Ogie Alcasid’s hit song “Mahal Kita Walang Iba,” both of which served as original soundtracks for A Werewolf Boy.
Now, Angela is adding another musical milestone to her career with “Is It Over,” her latest single under Ivory Music. The song is composed by Seducing Drake Palma and Dating Alys Perez director Crisanto B. Aquino. Its official music video, uploaded on YouTube last August 24, has garnered over 240,000 views in two weeks, as of writing. In other social media platforms, it has collated almost half a million views.
With “Is It Over,” Angela gives fans a glimpse of the artist behind the actress and adds another chapter to her continuing journey in both music and entertainment.
