Samsung Philippines brought its “Live Big” campaign to life on September 16 as it showcased its latest Super Big Vision AI TVs at Elan by the Bay in Parañaque, turning the launch into an immersive look at how oversized displays can become part of different moments at home.

Held in partnership with Mercedes-Benz, the event moved beyond a conventional product presentation by creating several home-inspired spaces where guests could experience Samsung’s latest television technologies in different settings.

Instead of presenting the televisions as isolated devices, Samsung demonstrated how a super-sized screen could fit naturally into the living room, bedroom, home studio, entertainment room, and gaming space.

The result was an event built around experiences rather than specifications alone, with each area highlighting a different way Samsung’s large-format displays can be used for entertainment, fitness, gaming, sports, and everyday routines.

At the heart of the showcase was Samsung’s continued push toward larger displays equipped with Vision AI technologies. The company has remained the global No. 1 TV brand for 20 years, and its latest lineup combines expansive screens with technologies designed to improve picture quality, sound, connectivity, and interaction.

The first major experience placed the 100-inch Micro RGB Vision AI TV at the center of a living-room setup.

The massive screen immediately changed the scale of the space, presenting the television as a potential centerpiece for movie nights and other forms of home entertainment.

@lionheartv Living big is about making everyday moments feel bigger, more immersive, and more memorable, and that’s where a Samsung Super Big TV comes in. Imagine settling in for movie night and seeing every scene unfold on a screen so expansive that it feels almost cinematic, or watching your favorite sports team and feeling closer to every play, goal, and game-changing moment. When it’s time to play, the experience becomes even more immersive. The larger display brings game worlds to life, making characters, environments, and action feel more realistic, as if you’re not simply controlling the game, but actually stepping into its world. But a Super Big TV isn’t just about entertainment. It naturally becomes part of your lifestyle, a centerpiece for movie nights with family, gaming sessions with friends, or quiet evenings spent streaming your favorite series. It creates a space where people come together, experiences feel more engaging, and ordinary downtime becomes something to look forward to. With a Samsung Super Big TVs, the bigger screen opens the door to bigger experiences, because when you live big, every moment deserves to be seen, felt, and enjoyed on a bigger scale. #GlobalNo1for20years #SamsungSuperBigTV #SamsungVisionAl #SeeWhatsPossible #LionHearTV ♬ original sound – LIONHEARTV

Samsung’s Micro RGB technology uses microscopic RGB backlights to produce a broader range of colors and more accurate hues across the display while minimizing color bleeding.

The technology is designed to make visual details stand out, from landscapes and skin tones to darker scenes in cinematic content.

The display is powered by the Micro RGB AI Engine Pro, which supports 4K upscaling as well as intelligent picture and sound optimization.

For guests at the event, the living-room setup provided a more practical look at what those technologies mean when combined with a 100-inch screen.

Samsung also demonstrated the television alongside a compatible Q-Soundbar.

Through Q-Symphony, the television and soundbar work together to deliver synchronized audio, adding another layer to the home-cinema experience.

The setup illustrated how a large display can change the atmosphere of a familiar activity. Watching a movie or series becomes less like viewing content on a conventional television and more like creating a dedicated entertainment experience at home.

Entertainment options were also part of the demonstration through Samsung TV Plus, the built-in service offering more than 750 channels and thousands of on-demand titles at no additional cost.

The next setup moved from nighttime entertainment to the beginning of the day.

In the Bedroom area, Samsung featured its 98-inch Crystal UHD Vision AI TV, demonstrating how a super-sized television can become part of a morning routine.

The television uses the NQ4 AI Gen2 Processor to optimize picture and sound quality.

Its AI Color Booster Pro analyzes scenes and enhances color expression, while Supersize Picture Enhancer is designed to optimize images for the television’s large format.

The bedroom demonstration also introduced the Vision AI Companion, which allows users to interact with the television through natural-language prompts.

During the event, the feature was presented as a way for users to access useful information at the start of the day, including checking the weather and catching up on news.

It can also help users find workout videos, giving the television a practical function beyond watching traditional entertainment.

The demonstration showed how Samsung is incorporating intelligence into the viewing experience, allowing the television to respond to users’ needs rather than simply displaying content.

The Home Studio offered another interpretation of the Super Big concept.

Here, Samsung showcased the 100-inch Neo QLED Vision AI TV, demonstrating how the large display could support workouts and connected fitness routines.

The television uses Quantum Mini LED technology, with smaller LEDs that can be controlled more precisely across the screen.

This technology is designed to produce stronger contrast, brighter highlights, and more defined details.

Its NQ4 AI Gen2 Processor also helps optimize picture and sound, which can be particularly useful when users are following fast-paced workout videos.

The demonstration became more interactive through SmartThings.

Guests could pair a compatible Galaxy Watch while using a stationary bike and view fitness information such as heart rate and calories burned.

The setup illustrated how the television can work as part of a larger connected ecosystem rather than functioning independently.

SmartThings can also bring compatible household devices together on a single platform, giving users another way to manage their connected home.

The Vision AI Companion was incorporated into the workout experience as well, responding to prompts and helping guests find workout content suited to their routine.

In this setting, the large screen was no longer simply an entertainment display. It became a visual platform for fitness, information, and connected-device interaction.

The Entertainment Room brought together some of the most action-oriented demonstrations of the event.

Samsung featured its 100-inch Mini LED Vision AI TV, which uses Mini LED technology to produce vibrant highlights and deeper shadows.

Its Pure Spectrum color technology is designed to provide more precise color expression across a wider range, making it suitable for both virtual gaming worlds and sports viewing.

Gaming was one of the major experiences demonstrated in the room.

The television’s Motion Xcelerator 144Hz technology supports smoother visuals at high speeds, including VRR gaming at up to 4K144Hz or 2K240Hz.

Samsung also highlighted its AI Gaming Optimizer, which can recognize the genre of the game being played and automatically apply appropriate settings.

The feature is designed to reduce the need for players to manually adjust television settings whenever they switch between different types of games.

Sports fans were also given a dedicated viewing experience.

Through AI Football Mode, the television can optimize picture and sound for football content, while AI Sound Controller allows users to adjust voices and background noise for a more personalized audio experience.

The combination of the large display and these features reinforced another central idea behind the event: entertainment can be experienced differently when the screen itself becomes a significant part of the room.

While Super Big Vision AI TVs formed the main focus of the event, Samsung also gave its Odyssey gaming monitors a dedicated space.

The gaming section highlighted Samsung’s position as the global No. 1 gaming monitor brand for seven consecutive years and focused on speed, responsiveness, and screen space.

The 49-inch Odyssey OLED G9 offered one of the largest gaming displays featured at the event.

Its DQHD resolution provides a wider field of view, allowing players to see more of the game environment at once.

The monitor also features OLED Glare-Free technology and a 244Hz refresh rate, supporting a more immersive and responsive gaming experience.

The 32-inch Odyssey OLED G7 offered a different combination of visual detail and speed.

Its OLED display and 4K resolution are designed to deliver deeper contrast and brighter highlights, while its Dual Mode allows players to switch between 4K at 165Hz or Full HD at 330Hz, depending on whether visual detail or speed is the priority.

Both displays feature response times of up to 0.03ms.

The 27-inch Odyssey G5, meanwhile, featured a QHD display with a Fast IPS panel, a 180Hz refresh rate, and a 1ms response time.

Its AMD FreeSync and G-Sync compatibility are designed to help maintain smooth gameplay, particularly during fast-moving scenes.

The gaming room gave guests a more hands-on side of the Samsung showcase, complementing the passive viewing experiences presented in the other areas.

Although screen size was one of the most obvious elements throughout the event, Samsung’s presentation was ultimately about more than simply making televisions bigger.

The different room setups demonstrated how the company’s latest displays are designed around different aspects of everyday life.

The living room focused on movies and home cinema.

The bedroom showed how a television can become part of a morning routine.

The home studio connected the large display with fitness and SmartThings.

The entertainment room brought together gaming and sports viewing.

The gaming area, meanwhile, demonstrated how Samsung’s display technology extends beyond televisions through its Odyssey monitor lineup.

The event therefore offered a more experiential interpretation of Samsung’s latest technology, allowing guests to see how the same concept—living bigger—can translate differently depending on the room and activity.

Another consistent element throughout the showcase was Vision AI.

Samsung’s latest televisions are designed to use artificial intelligence not only to enhance what appears on screen but also to make the television more responsive to the user.

Picture and sound optimization appeared across the different television models, while the Vision AI Companion introduced natural-language interaction.

Other features were more specialized, such as AI Gaming Optimizer for gaming and AI Football Mode for sports viewing.

Together, these features reflect Samsung’s approach to making large-screen televisions more adaptable.

Rather than requiring users to manually adjust every aspect of the viewing experience, the technology is designed to recognize content or respond to user prompts and make adjustments accordingly.

The event also introduced special offers for consumers looking to bring Samsung’s Super Big Vision AI experience into their own homes.

Until October 30, 2026, Samsung is offering savings of up to PHP 80,000 on Vision AI TVs, alongside exclusive freebies that include a Q-Soundbar worth up to PHP 86,999.

Free VIP Installation services are also included with qualifying purchases.

For additional protection, Samsung Care+ Premium is available for eligible TV purchases through the Samsung Online Store and Shop app. The service provides extended warranty coverage of up to two years, with expert services starting at PHP 5,799 per year, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

At Elan by the Bay, Samsung’s September 16 showcase gave the Super Big concept a physical setting.

The large screens were placed into environments where guests could imagine using them as part of their daily lives—from watching a movie with family to following a workout, catching up on information in the morning, watching sports, or spending time gaming.

The experience also showed how Samsung’s televisions are increasingly becoming part of a connected home, working alongside compatible devices through SmartThings and incorporating AI-based features designed to make viewing more intuitive.

With screen sizes reaching 98 and 100 inches, the televisions naturally commanded attention. But the event’s demonstrations placed equal emphasis on what users can do with all that screen space.

Samsung’s Super Big Vision AI TVs are being positioned as entertainment hubs that can adapt to different activities and interests, while its Odyssey gaming monitors extend the same focus on immersive displays into dedicated gaming setups.

The September 16 event ultimately turned the idea of “Live Big” into something guests could experience room by room.

It becomes the space where movies feel bigger, games become more immersive, workouts become more engaging, sports become more vivid, and everyday moments have a larger stage. (with reports from Lau Balocos)
