“Pusong Ligaw” actress Sofia Andres shares her working experience doing action-fantasy series, “Bagani.” The 19-year old actress said that working with friends made her work easy at some part.
In the said series, she will be working with Liza Soberano, Enrique Gil and Makisig Morales. She first worked with LizQuen in the defunct series “Forevermore.”
“It was really challenging because it was like action and I haven’t done an action teleserye ever, even film, so it was fun naman because I was with my friends like Enrique, Liza, and Makisig,” she said.
Sofia also shared that she had to undergo martial arts training in preparation for the role.
“We had training for one month, Wushu training, and I had to lose weight because I was really kinda chubby lang naman kasi kailangan toned eh, ‘yun medyo nahirapan ako don because I love eating,” she said.
How is it working again with LizQuen?
“It was really fun kasi hindi sila nagbago and para lang kami naglalaro on set but sometimes ‘pag may fight scenes na that are really, really hard nandon pa rin ‘yung ‘kaya natin ‘to guys, tapusin natin ‘to’,” she answered.
Sofia also praised Makisig for being down-to-earth during taping.
“[Sa] Super Inggo I watched him sabi ko, ‘Dati audience lang, ngayon I’m working with you.’ Ang bait niya sobra, he is really down to earth,” she stated.
