Kapamilya actress Jessy Mendiola is set to make her TV comeback this 2018. The 25-year old actress shared that she had a meeting with ABS-CBN executives for her upcoming project this new year.
“I just had a meeting with the bosses a few weeks ago. They are planning something. Sabi nila mag-work na raw ako ulit,” she said.
Jessy’s career became underactive last 2017, she left the weekend gag show “Banana Sundae” and her last movie with Star Cinema was “Extra Service” in January which also featured Arci Muñoz and Coleen Garcia.
Jessy is happy for the plans of her home network however she also admitted that she almost gave up on her career due to lack of projects in 2017.
“I am happy naman na ‘yung meeting na ‘yon, meron pa silang plano para sa akin. Kasi for the longest time akala ko wala na. Now, meron akong new found hope and it looks like 2018 will really be exciting. ‘Yung TV series I think they are making one na. Movies, meron akong isa pero hindi pa napu-push through kasi holidays,” she shared.
On the other hand, Jessy was named as one of the Most Beautiful Faces in the World for 2017 by TC Candler. She placed 71st while Liza Soberano announced as the winner in this year’s annual list.
