Vice Ganda and Kim Chiu led this year’s winners of the 2014 Yahoo OMG Awards on Friday, July 18, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. The annual event allowed fans to voice out and express their support for celebrities and entertainment figures through text and online votes.
Kim received the highest recognition during the night, the Celebrity of the Year award together with the Actress of the Year while Vice Ganda also took home two trophies for Social Media Star of the Year, Love Team of the Year together with Karylle.
Biggest box-office earner “Bride for Rent,” top billed by Kim Chiu and Xian Lim, was named Best Movie of the Year, while “Ikaw Lamang” starring Kim Chiu and Coco Martin bagged the Teleserye of the Year trophy.
