Sharon Cuneta recently took to Instagram to share the sad news regarding the reunion movie with her ex-husband and former onscreen partner Gabby Concepcion. She revealed that the Sharon-Gabby might not push through anymore.
Sharon and Gabby also became one of the biggest love teams in the 1980’s. Their chemistry didn’t fade after McDonald’s released their latest commercial together which went viral.
In the said Instagram comment, Sharon stated that Star Cinema has done as much as they can.
“Guys, I am sorry. Star has done as much as they can. I have done as much as I could. This is hurtful to me as well. If you are upset, how do you think I feel? Star or I did not want to break your hearts. My heart is broken.”
Sharon also expressed her exhaustion. She ended that there may never be a reunion movie.
“And I am so very tired. It may be hard to accept, but there may never be another SHARON-GABBY movie again.”
Gabby has yet to speak up about said issue.
