Tom Rodriguez clarified girlfriend Carla Abellana’s Instagram post about disappointment. She wrote on the said caption that people kept on letting her down lately. In an interview with PEP.ph, Tom explained that people may have just misinterpreted the said post.
In the said interview, Tom revealed Carla is currently being challenged at the moment. Her business would probably the reason behind her disappointment.
“Siguro nami-misinterpret lang ng iba. Natsa-challenge lang siya ngayon. Nadi-disappoint, siyempre, business. Pera niya yung nilalabas niya, pinag-ipunan niya.”
However, Tom declined to give any detail in what happened. He didn’t want to disclose how much money was involved.
“I don’t know if she wants me to say… pero it’s different businesses. Hindi one thing lang. It’s just a lot of things, pero alam ko, kayang-kaya niya at capable siya.”
Tom didn’t elaborate the names of the people who disappointed Carla.
“For that, siya na lang siguro ang kausapin niyo. Basta ang alam ko lang, hindi ako!”
Tom said being a listener will be the support he gives to her.
“Pinag-uusapan namin. We talked about it. I listened to it para, at least, mailabas niya.”
Tom didn’t want to say whether or not Carla will make a legal action against the person who disappointed her.
“That’s not for me to say. My advice is, I’m just here for her, and whatever she’s doing, she’s on the right track naman. Napakasipag. And she’s really diversifying. Sobrang sipag, sobrang tutok, and especially now na mag-start na siya ng isang soap. At yun ang takot niya, bago mag-start yung isang show, parang lahat sana plantsado na.”
