The sister tandem Toni and Alex Gonzaga are finally making their way to the Metro Manila Film Festival with their first-ever movie together “Mary, Marry, Me”, produced by TEN17P under TINCAN Production and directed by RC delos Reyes. This family movie that centers on sisterhood brings Toni and Alex together in their first ever movie this December 25.

Like most celebrities, TV and movie personalities, Toni and Alex shared that it has always been their dream to make a movie for the MMFF. As a kid and even when she was already a celebrity, Toni recalls looking forward to the film festival and lining up to watch the film they wanted with the money they were gifted during Christmas. She also remembers wondering how it would be like to have a movie with her sister, Alex, while looking at the movie posters. 20 years later, the sister duo finally have their own MMFF movie to watch on the big screen and they couldn’t be happier and more fulfilled.

“I remember when we were kids we would always look forward sa MMFF and pipila kami sa isa sa mga movies na gusto naming mapanood. Then fast forward to 20 years later, kasama na kaming dalawa na isa sa papanoorin ngayong pasko,” Toni shared during their blogcon.

Now Toni and Alex’s goal is to make people happy and to make them realize the importance of family through “Mary, Marry, Me” this coming Christmas. The sisters hope that their fans and supporters enjoy this movie as much as they enjoyed making it.

“Mary, Marry, Me” is an official 2018 Metro Manila Film Festival entry, which will be showing in cinemas nationwide starting December 25.
