Be Careful with My Heart was the first-of-its-kind during that time. The feel-good show was aired in 2012 and starred Jodi Sta. Maria and kick-started Richard Yap‘s career as an actor.
Nasaan Ka Nang Kailangan Kita‘s approach was very subtle and relatable for an afternoon show but the unit made it work.
GMO Unit gave a refreshing take on a religious-themed show, Oh My G. The Janella Salvador-starrer centered around Sophie, a teenager where she blamed God for the loss of her parents. God (Leo Rialp), then, shows up in different forms to enlighten her on the obstacles she faces which are not far from reality.
They gave justice to Pure Love, the Philippine remake of South Korean drama 49 Days. It was faithful to the original and yet, gave the viewers great visuals and musical scoring. They also gave a closure to open-ended material of its original version.
ABS-CBN rose with GMO Unit’s help through shows that aren’t noisy and campy.
GMO Unit was able to provide a good series which tackled friendship with We Will Survive. This starred Pokwang and Melai Cantiveros who used to only provide campy and loud humor.

The Better Half starring Shaina Magdayao, Carlo Aquino, JC de Vera and Denise Laurel had a different approach and unique third-party series. They left a rather poignant ending to the series, proving that endings are GMO Unit’s forte.
GMO Unit gave its viewers a one-of-a-kind and progressive series for the LGBTQ+ Community with The Greatest Love. They featured Matt Evans and Micha Muñoz as Andrei and Ken, a gay couple. The unit openly tackled LGBTQ+ on Philippine TV. The show was also well-researched when it comes to its medical and informative side.
GMO Unit gave a lot of artists their big breaks. Jodi became an A-lister because of Be Careful With My Heart while Zanjoe Marudo has a hit first slot series in Dream Dad and Playhouse. Marudo was paired with Beauty Gonzales which gained a huge following. GMO Unit even introduced us Yen Santos and Yam Concepcion in their big break in Pure Love.
