Few people are able to fulfill their dreams in their lifetime. Angeline Quinto is lucky because she is close to completing her checklist of wishes.
It all started way back in 2010 when she was a contestant of Star Power. During that time, Angeline made a list of the things she wanted to do that she recently shared on Instagram.
She revealed that she has fulfilled three out of four wishes on her list, namely, to help her family, especially sick relatives, to be what her parents want her to be, and to serve people in need. Along the way, Angeline picked up 23 awards, two platinum albums, a gold album, and a handful of TV and movie appearances.
On August 15, 2015, Angeline’s last dream of having a concert will finally come to fruition as she sings together with Erik Santos at the SMART Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City. Like Angeline, Erik was discovered at a singing competition where he became the first grand champion of Star in a Million. The two songbirds have reportedly been dating although they have not yet been officially dubbed as a couple.
Still, Angeline is grateful for everything that has happened to her and she thanked the people who have been a big part of her journey in life. These are her fans, the people in the talent management company where she belongs, and Star Magic. Last but not the least, she thanked Erik whom she fondly calls “Pogs.”
Indeed, the talented singer has come a long way from her humble beginnings in Sampaloc, Manila. With her upcoming concert at The Big Dome, Angeline will surely continue to inspire others to make their dreams come true.
