Angel Locsin donated another set of tents to hospitals in an ongoing attempt to support the frontliners against the coronavirus (COVID-19) and to address overcrowding problems.

On her Instagram and Twitter accounts, the actress updated and posted pictures of the tents she had donated to various hospitals.

“As of April 8, nakapag-set up po tayo ng 95 hospital tents and 14 sanitation with mister tents to 51 hospitals sa tulong po ng donasyong mula sa inyo🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Tuloy-tuloy pa rin po ang pagtatayo natin ng tents at paghahanap ng makabagong paraan para makatulong ng tama sa tao. Muli, maraming salamat po sa inyong malasakit, tiwala, at suporta 🙏🏻 #UniTENTweStandPH 🇵🇭”

This is part of her initiative called # UniTentWeStand, which seeks to provide additional safe spaces in hospitals where people can separate and quarantine during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Including on the list are Philippine General Hospital, the Lung Center of the Philippines, the Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center and the Metropolitan Medical Center.

Angel has been working on helping out fronliners and overcrowded hospitals since the beginning of the enhanced community quarantine.

Locsin asked her friends in showbiz to donate their folding beds or cots in order to set up a resting / sleeping quarter for health workers who were stranded since there is no public transport accessible during quarantine.

Stars like Angelica Panganiban, Anne Curtis, and Bea Alonzo straight away donated their taping beds.

Angel recently thanked Sharon Cuneta for contributing P3 million to support medical frontliners.
