Ogie Alcasid and Janno Gibbs were the two most popular singers of their time are having a career dilemma when TV5 abolished its entertainment group. The two actors are known for their consistent appearances on noontime musical shows and concerts.
For the public’s knowledge, the two transfer to TV5, because they think that on the said network their singing careers will be explored and back on track. But according to several news sources, TV5 has decided to cut its entertainment arm and decided to outsource content providers or just buy or manage airtime slots for future TV show.
This will affect everyone. If the staff will be revamp such as; top management, staff and crew, everyone will lose their jobs. Sources confirmed that it’s a sad news for both artists. But they may have different affects. Since Ogie Alcasid will be safe with his contract, whereas Janno Gibbs might be in worse position.
There aren’t any statements or interviews on what might happened to both artists or what would be their next decision on their careers especially with Janno Gibbs.
