After dealing with his controversial breakup with his former live in partner Michelle Bana-ag, Kapuso Comedian-TV Host Super Tekla shared that he is not looking for love at this time.
In the “May Pa-presscon” segment of The Boobay And Tekla Show (TBATS), his co-host Boobay and the Mema Squad asked Super Tekla if his Christmas would be “cold” since he will be alone.
“Honestly, magiging malamig. Malamig na malamig. Pero hindi naman malamig na may lungkot, siyempre that’s normal, kasi ipapahinga ko muna yung puso ko,” the comedian answered.
“Kaya namang painitin ang malamig na Pasko sa pamamagitan ng mga tao na umaasa sa akin. Honestly, ayaw ko namang maging ipokrito, ayaw ko naman maging robot kasi I’m a human being. Pero sa ngayon, as in kasi kapag ako magmahal, ako matatag, mahaba, no matter what.”
Tekla vowed that he would concentrate more on his self so he can recover and love his self more.
“It’s time, healing process muna kasi, at saka naniniwala ako na ang gamot sa sugatang puso ay hindi pag-ibig. Pero in a way talaga na maraming klaseng pag-ibig, e, ang pwede mong i-offer para mag-heal yung heart mo,”
“It takes time kasi darating din naman yung ano, e. Mahirap kasi iano mo uli ang puso mo na sugatan pa, nasa healing process ka pa, tapos papasok ka na uli ng relasyon, so another adjustment. Ipalagay ko muna ang puso ko na maging matibay siya ulit kahit sugatan pa siya,”
One of the things that Tekla will be missing most this Christmas is his son, Angelo. Super Tekla and Michelle have been in a relationship for almost six years and they have one child together.
“Oo, ma-miss ko siya, kasi wala siya sa piling ko, e. Alam mo kung sino? Ayaw kong umiyak, kasi iniyak ko na lahat, e. Pero yun ang pinakanami-miss ko talaga, kasi hindi ko alam kung paano siya mag-stand kasi napakamurang edad pa niya.”
“Siya ang mami-miss ko nang sobra. Kaya para hindi ako masaktan, hindi ko siya kinakausap kasi madudurog lang lalo ang puso ko,”
Michelle Bana-ag, former partner of Tekla, sought the assistance of broadcast journalist-television host Raffy Tulfo after she reported that Tekla had abused her and forced her to have sex with him against her will.
Bana-ag contacted Tulfo, host of the public service program Raffy Tulfo in Action, via Facebook. Tulfo asked Bana-ag a series of questions about Tekla’s actions, patterns, and behavior.
Tulfo, however, became suspicious of Michelle when she kept agreeing then saying no to taking a drug test.
