Marian Rivera is expected to give birth to her baby this coming November. She has filed a maternity leave from her weekly program, Sunday PinaSaya.
Marian and Dingdong Dantes are very excited about their firstborn. The Kapuso Primetime King and Queen plan to name their baby, Maria Letizia.
The happy couple have been posting on social media about their preparations for their first child for several months now. Marian had attended Lamaze and breastfeeding classes recently.
Dingdong Dantes had been shown decorating the nursery room, which has a light pink and butterly motif. Marian proudly captioned the photo she posted on Instagram with these words: “Actor, Director, Producer, NYC Commissioner, YesPinoy’s Founding Chairman, A loving Husband, at Interior designer pa! 😍 Haaay Kakain-LOVE ka lalo… ❤️ #Letizia’sRoom.”
Pregnancy didn’t stop Marian from being busy with her career. She still graced magazine covers and had tv guestings and cameo roles. Even at the onset of her third trimester, she started co- hosting Sunday PinaSaya, the newest weekly noontime show on GMA 7.
Together with comedians like Wally Bayola, Jose Manalo, Ai-Ai delas Alas and the Pambansang Bae Alden Richards, Marian shows she’s as good a comedian as she is a dramatic actress.
Marian and Dingdong had a grand wedding on December 30 last year. The lavish ceremony was considered as the wedding of 2014 and was dubbed “The Royal Wedding”.
The Dingdong-Marian wedding was picked up by ABC news because of the massive 12 foot, 120 kilo cake made by Goldilocks. The cake was decorated with Swarovski crystals and 3D mapped for computer-generated imagery (CGI).
The fans of the couple are eagerly awaiting the first child of their idols. They are as excited as the would-be parents and most are saying that they can’t wait to see how the baby would look like.
Considering the extra good looks of Marian and Dingdong, how else would she look like? Of course she will be as good-looking as her parents!
