With GMA Network’s recent actors’ reveal for the Filipino live-action adaptation, Voltes V: Legacy, Netizens reacted positively with the Kapuso Network’s casting choices.

Recently, GMA Network announced the first three actors to take on iconic roles in the Voltes V franchise. 

Radson Flores will take on the character of Mark Gordon. Then, Matt Lozano is Big Bert. Finally, Raphael Landicho will be Little Jon.

Voltes V is a Japanese anime series produced by Toei Animation and Nippon Sunrise that aired from 4 June 1977 to 25 March 1978.

GMA Network acquired the rights to remake a live-action adaptation of Voltes V through Telesuccess Productions, Toei’s Philippine-based licensing company.

GMA-7 released the official trailer for Voltes V: Legacy in 2020 during GMA’s New Year Countdown. The second trailer came out on 14 January 2021.
