It has already become a yearly tradition that rumors hinting at the end of the five-year long-running ABS-CBN hit teleserye starring Coco Martin, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.

This year seems no different. Earlier, a publication wrote reports that the hit teleserye will end in April 2021. According to a source, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano scheduled their final taping week and have informed their cast and crew.

However, what is the real score?

According to entertainment reporter Ricky Lo, ABS-CBN extended FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano up to July 2021.

According to reports from Pep.ph, they received a message directly from ABS-CBN Corporate Communications.

ABS-CBN Corporate Communications head Kane Choa sent them a message refuting the reports from a major publication. ABS-CBN’s team also said that they plan to issue a formal statement soon.

Still, FPJAP remains one of ABS-CBN’s top-rating programs despite only having A2Z channel 11 on free TV and digital platforms with reported ratings of 9.8%.

There are still opposing statements on this rumor, so we are here to monitor this developing story.
