ABS-CBN broadcast journalist Karen Davila denied the speculations that she is returning to GMA Network after her comment on a facebook post.
In a post, GMA Public Affairs asked Netizens which ingredient should be included in Tinola – Papaya or Sayote. Davila participated in the survey and commented that she prefers Sayote.
Journalists, despite working under different networks, maintain a civil relationship with one another. There should be no issue even if she commented on the post of another network.
Davila started her career as an anchor on GMA Network with the news show Saksi. She eventually moved to ABS-CBN and remained as a Kapamilya until now.
However, as known to many, ABS-CBN has shut down for a year now and this compelled some of its talents to move to other networks.
When Netizens saw Davila’s comment on GMA Public Affairs’ post, they speculated that she will return to her former network.
Davila then denied this speculation.

She said that she participated in the said survey just because she loves Tinola.
The female journalist then assured that she will stand firm with ABS-CBN, especially during these trying times.
Davila currently anchors news programs, The World Tonight and Headstart on the ABS-CBN News Channel (ANC).
