Actor Albert Martinez was deeply saddened about JM De Guzman ‘s career. It was reported in an article by Ervin Santiago of Bandera, that JM was removed from the afternoon drama series “All Of Me” because of his attitude problem.
During the interview of ABS CBN with Albert Martinez, he admitted that during the pilot episode of the TV series “All Of Me”, he said ” I’ll be honest and candid with you, I love it the first time it was presented to me and its something I wanted to do.” He also added that he was so happy for the role given to him and loves what he is doing, and he has to do it because he’s going through a process, until it was JM’s turn on the series.
The award winning actor really felt bad on what has become of JM. He is really proud of JM De Guzman. One is, he is very talented, second , he is young and not everybody is given a chance to enjoy this kind of opportunity and popularity. Albert even said that he see himself or character on JM, how focused he is, his patience, love and how he enjoyed his work. “Now his career seems at a loss , it really broke my heart” , he added.
There were reports that JM is back into his “bad old habits” and that’s the reason it has affected his career and performance. The production of “All of Me” had no choice but to remove him and return the character of Albert.
JM De Guzman is the former boyfriend of Jessy Mendiola, a source revealed that allegedly, JM returned to his old habit of using drugs after his break up with Jessy, when the couple had a misunderstanding about the family of the actress, but it is not clear whether he is really back on it again or not.
When JM left, Albert’s character returned on the screen as the old self of JM as what the ABS CBN’s ‘All Of Me’ production decided. Mr Martinez makes it clear that he did not left the project, he also added that he commended JM’s talent for the transition of the role and that he is happy about it.
Albert also said on the interview that they have an arrangement that he will re-appear again on the series as soon as the character of JM on the show is resolved or he has accomplished his journey, and because that’s the original plan or idea.
Albert is hoping that if ever he comes back on the drama series, he will proudly give it back to him because JM deserves it. He said that no other guy can do it except him, and it means that he handled the character well and is very good at it.
We hope this is not the last time we will see the young actor be it in “All of Me” or any other show. That someday, sooner than we think, we will be seeing a new JM that eventually fought back and proved to his fans , viewers and especially to the entertainment world that he can be rellied on and prove himself worthy.
