GMA Network will do a remake of Vilma Santos’ 1992 film “Sinungaling Mong Puso” for GMA Afternoon Prime.
Rhian Ramos, Rafael Rosell, Kiko Estrada and Jazz Ocampo are chosen to lead this movie remake and will fill in the characters portrayed by Vilma Santos, Gabby Concepcion, Aga Muhlach and Alice Dixson in the original story.
To be directed by Ricky Davao, aside from these four lead stars, other cast of “Sinungaling Mong Puso” includes Stephanie Sol, Gee Canlas, Glydel Mercado, Cheska Diaz, Gab de Leon and JC Tiuseco with Michael de Mesa and Sherilyn Reyes.
Slated for airing next month, “Sinungaling Mong Puso” is an endearing romantic drama that tells of a very curious affair between an older woman (Vilma Santos) and a young unhappily married boy (Aga Muhlach). In between them are Vilma’s husband, Gabby Concepcion and Aiko Melendez as Aga’s wife. All told, the movie proves once again that love does not only happen in the most unexpected times and places. It also makes people do the strangest things.
