Is this for real? Award-winning actor and director Cesar Montano is finally back to ABS-CBN after doing TV projects on GMA Network and TV5 for six years.
Though he did some guestings on ABS-CBN shows in the past, his last regular project with the network was “The Singing Bee” which ended its run in 2010. Amy Austria and Roderick Paulate replaced Cesar as host of “The Singing Bee” in 2013 to 2015.
Cesar was last seen in TV5’s “Bakit Manipis ang Ulap?” where he starred alongside with former Kapamilya talents Diether Ocampo and Claudine Barretto. Cesar, for a time, was with GMA Network then with TV5, before going back to ABS-CBN again. But since the multi-award winning actor has always maintained his friendship with the networks, he is able to go back to ABS_CBN again.
There are no details yet as to what shows Cesar will be joining on ABS-CBN. We received reports though that the actor will be part of the new chapter of “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” for now and a teleserye soon with top caliber actress in primetime. We’ll see if these reports are true. Stay tuned!
