On January 19, COO and President of Viva Films Vincent del Rosario confirmed they are waiting for ‘Pop Royalty’ Sarah Geronimo to be ready for her concert.
At the media conference for Viva Prime’s launch, which LionhearTV covered, del Rosario said that Geronimo is curently busy promoting her music. He shared, “Yeah, yeah. We’re just waiting for Sarah to be ready– na. Ngayon, very active siya promoting two singles and nauuso pa ‘yung kanyang, Dati-dati na sayaw. So I think mangyayari sooner than later ang concert.”
Geronimo’s most recent concert was ‘Tala: The Film Concert,’ which aired on KTX.PH and Vivamax in 2021.
Chief Content Officer Epik Studios, Inc. and Chief Marketing Officer Viva Holdings, Inc. Director Paul Basinilio discussed upcoming concert events under Viva. He said Viva has a concert for Louie Ocampo lined up. This is happening on the 3rd and 4th of February. He declared there’s a lot of work coming up including Viva Prime, its latest streaming platform.
Basinilio teased how they plan to include a selection of content, including concerts, on their brand-new streaming platform, Viva Prime. He said, “…basically, there’s a [wide] mix of shows [that we will] incorporate in Viva Prime. Mapa-concert man ‘yan, documentary, series, tapos the partner directors that we have, we’re very, very excited na magkaroon ng ganitong content sa Viva Prime po.”
Viva Prime, Viva’s next-generation streaming platform, will be accessible via the Vivamax app on January 29, 2023.
