Magandang Buhay host Melai Cantiveros shuts down the nosy people or ‘marites’ who claimed that she broke up with her husband Jason Francisco.
In Cantiveros’s Instagram story on April 14, she posted a picture of her husband driving her to the set of Magandang Buhay.
She even quipped that she is not a policeman because people kept on asking about Francisco to her.
“Good morning, mga kapisanan ng mga marites sa Pilipinas.
“Asawa po ako, hindi po ako pulis [na] hanapan ng mga nawawalang tao.
“Ayan na po hinahanap niyo, buhay na buhay, walang kahit anong sugat, pinag-drive na po tayo,” she said.
Separation rumors between the talk show host and Francisco first started after netizens noticed that Francisco was nowhere to be seen on Cantiveros’s birthday on April 6.
Accordingly, Francisco was also not around on his daughter’s 9th birthday on April 3.
But with Cantiveros’s recent Instagram update, she showed that her marriage is still intact.
The romance between Melai Cantiveros and Jason Francisco first bloomed inside the PBB house where they were housemates in Pinoy Big Brother: Double Up (2009).
They got married on December 13, 2019, and had their first child in 2014. In July 2016, the couple announced their separation but they later reconciled and announced that they are expecting a second child.
