On October 20, director Gino M Santos revealed how the entire cast of ‘The Rain in España’ would star in their own series.
At the media conference for ‘Safe Skies Archer,’ which LionhearTV covered, Santos compared Gwy Saludes’ stories to the intertwining storylines of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
“Yes definitely, six books po ‘yan, lahat sila ay may sari-sariling story sila. Like the next one is going to be for Gab and Hyacinth’s no, so iba-iba. So exciting, para siyang Marvel Universe na di ba? The simplest way to explain it, si Ironman may story, si Thor may story, dito lahat sila may story. so it’s quite exciting.”
He also highlighted how each character would have interconnected storylines in future series iterations.
“Well, there are no [small] characters kasi in the book no, six ‘yan eh. They’re all interconnected. So they would all have their series, their highlight noong story, so lahat sila, importante sa series, kasi nag-iintertwine talaga ‘yung mga scenes.
“So some scenes from 3, mayroon sa book 2 also, na nasa book 3, 4, 5, 6. So magsa-sama-sama talaga sila. And there are also other stories kung bakit sila ganon, bakit ‘yung background nila ganon.”
‘Safe Skies Archer’ stars Jerome Ponce and Krissha Viaje.
‘The Rain in España’ cast joins the series with Heaven Peralejo, Marco Gallo, Andre Yllana, Gab Lagman, Bea Binene, Aubrey Caraan, Nicole Omillo, and Frost Sandoval.
The second story of Gwy Saludes’ University Series includes new stars like Jairus Reuel Aquino, Hyacinth Callado, and Dani Zee.
Under the direction of Gino M Santos, ‘Safe Skies Archer’ streams via Viva One on November 20.
