ABS-CBN’s primetime teleseryes have once again asserted their dominance, outperforming their Kapuso counterparts in the ratings competition.
According to the latest Nielsen NUTAM People survey, the Primetime Bida shows from ABS-CBN had a triumphant week, marking a week-long losing streak for GMA Prime.
‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo (FPJBQ)’ spearheaded the charge, reclaiming the top spot on the overall ratings board on Monday, February 19, with an impressive rating of 15.9 percent. This was a substantial 4.0 percent lead over its rival, ‘Black Rider,’ which secured 11.9 percent.
The succeeding program, ‘Linlang,’ also demonstrated its supremacy with a 10.0 percent rating, surpassing ‘Love.Die.Repeat’s (LDR) 8.2 percent. The late-night Asianovela ‘F4 Thailand’ continued the winning streak against ‘Jinxed At First,’ scoring 2.3 percent versus 2.2 percent.
In the third slot, ‘Can’t Buy Me Love (CBML)’ fell just short by 0.1 percent to ‘Asawa Ng Asawa Ko (ANAK),’ securing 5.9 percent versus 6.0 percent.
On Tuesday, February 20, FPJBQ maintained its reign with a 16.0 percent rating, outpacing Black Rider by 3.3 percent at 12.7 percent. ‘Linlang’ also sustained its lead against LDR, scoring 9.4 percent versus 9.2 percent.
CBML quickly recovered, winning Primetime Bida with a 6.8 percent rating against ANAK’s 6.7 percent. F4 Thailand continued its supremacy against JAF with ratings of 2.7 percent versus 2.6 percent.
Wednesday, February 21, witnessed FPJBQ retaining its leadership with a 16.0 percent rating, surpassing Black Rider by 2.7 percent at 13.3 percent. ‘Linlang’ extended its winning streak with a double-digit rating of 10.0 percent versus LDR’s 8.9 percent. CBML also sustained its victory, achieving a rating of 6.9 percent against ANAK’s 6.6 percent. F4 Thailand continued to lead its timeslot with a 3.1 percent rating versus JAF’s 3.0 percent.
On Thursday, February 22, Primetime Bida continued its dominance as FPJBQ maintained its position at number one with a rating of 15.0 percent versus Black Rider’s 12.2 percent. ‘Linlang’ remained supreme, posting a rating of 9.5 percent versus LDR’s 9.0 percent. CBML improved to 6.9 percent, leading ANAK by 0.7 percent at 6.2 percent. F4 Thailand also flexed its supremacy with a 3.3 percent rating, 0.8 percent higher than JAF’s 2.5 percent.
