Former “Pinoy Big Brother” celebrity housemate Roxanne Barcelo is joining the cast of ABS-CBN’s afternoon drama “Wildflower.”
The actress expressed her gratitude on her Instagram account and vowed to wow the viewers even more.
“So happy to share with all of you that I will be playing the role of ‘Natalie’ in ABS-CBN’s Wild Flower. Sa lahat ng nagbigay sa akin ng pagkakataong ito, salamat sa tiwala. Gagalingan ko po… mga Kapamilya,” she wrote on a caption.
Barcelo’s long journey over her career satrted in 1999. She debuted in GMA-7 and played a minor role of Toni in its hit teen-oriented show “Click.”
Then after 7 years, she joined the first celebrity edition of PBB. However, she quit the show on its sixth week.
Barcelo had been constantly transferring to ‘big three’ networks for more than 10 years before she landed on “Wildflower.”
In the meantime, let us hope that this could be the start of Barcelo’s success in television.
