The return of Running Man Philippines to television has proven its strength once again as it climbed to the top spot on the ratings chart.
According to the latest ratings report from the Nielsen NUTAM People survey, Running Man PH Season 2 secured the top spot on the overall Saturday ratings board.
During its debut episode on Saturday, May 11, Running Man PH S2 recorded an 11.2 percent rating, claiming the number 1 position on the leaderboard. However, compared to its Season 1 premiere, this was 2.9 percent lower, as Season 1’s pilot had a rating of 14.1 percent.
Meanwhile, its second episode on Sunday, May 12, saw a noticeable drop of 2.3 percent to 8.9 percent, causing it to fall to the second spot on the overall Sunday ratings board.

Meanwhile, ‘Abot Kamay Na Pangarap’ took the number 2 spot on the Saturday leaderboard with a rating of 10.0 percent, followed by ‘Magpakailanman’ with 9.3 percent. The Kapamilya noontime show ‘It’s Showtime’ secured the number 4 position with an 8.1 percent rating, and ‘Tadhana’ and ‘Pepito Manaloto’ both tied for fifth place with a rating of 7.7 percent.
‘Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho’ continued to dominate Sunday programming with a rating of 14.1 percent. ‘BBLGang’ claimed the number 3 spot with a 7.3 percent rating, followed by ’24 Oras Weekend’ in fourth place with a 4.7 percent rating. ‘The Voice Teens’ completed the top 5 with a rating of 4.0 percent.
