Kapamilya noontime show ‘It’s Showtime’ continues to dominate the ratings race, beating ‘EAT…Bulaga’ by a substantial margin.
According to the latest ratings report from the Nielsen NUTAM People survey, ‘It’s Showtime’ maintains its position as the number one noontime program in the country, while ‘EAT…Bulaga’ trails significantly behind.
On Monday, May 13, ‘It’s Showtime’ recorded a 7.7 percent rating, more than double than that of ‘EAT…Bulaga’s’ 3.8 percent, resulting in a ratings gap of 3.9 percent. ‘It’s Showtime’ took the number 8 ranking in the overall ratings chart, while ‘EAT…Bulaga’ settled in the number 13 position.
The following day, Tuesday, May 14, ‘It’s Showtime’ saw an increase in ratings to 8.2 percent, maintaining its number 8 position in the leaderboard, while ‘EAT…Bulaga’ remained steady at 3.8 percent, widening the ratings margin to 4.4 percent.
On Wednesday, May 15, ‘It’s Showtime’ experienced a slight drop of 0.2 percent to 8.0 percent but still remained in the number 8 spot on the ratings board. Meanwhile, ‘EAT…Bulaga’ saw a minor increase of 0.1 percent, reaching a 3.9 percent rating and moving 2 notches up to the number 13 spot on the ratings chart.
By Thursday, May 16, ‘It’s Showtime’ bounced back to 8.2 percent ratings, while ‘EAT…Bulaga’ retained its 3.9 percent rating. Both shows also retained their respective leaderboard rankings in the 8th and 13th spots.
