Kapuso programs “Trops” and “Encantadia” are on the winning streak again after reclaiming their respective timeslots from their archrivals.
Based on the latest AGB Nielsen NUTAM People’s ratings for April 5 – 6, 2017, pre-afternoon timeslot is again dominated by Kapuso teen show “Trops”. After trailing “Langit Lupa” for months, “Trops” has finally got people’s attention again to win their timeslot 4.9% to 4.5% and 5.8% to 4.2% respectively. Will this revenge stay for a long time or will Kapamilya morning princesses of “Langit Lupa” bounce back to take the timeslot again?
It seemed that GMA Network’s daytime dominance has been extended to primetime as “Encantadia” immediately reclaimed the number 1 position after bowing to “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” on Monday and Tuesday. “Encantadia” on Wednesday re-claimed the primetime crown from the Coco Martin led action drama teleserye 13.1% to 12.4%. “Encantadia’s” win was also repeated on Thursday April 6 with 13.6% to 11.1% ratings. Can “Encantadia” sustain the winning streak or will “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” take back the throne?
