Chloe San Jose, girlfriend of Olympic gymnast Carlos Yulo, has responded to the Yulo family feud by sharing her own set of screenshots and issuing a strong statement.
This comes after Carlos’ father, Mark Andrew Yulo, publicly shared messages that allegedly exposed Chloe’s “disrespect” toward Carlos’ mother, Angelica Yulo.
In her social media post, Chloe revealed screenshots that appeared to show the Yulo family criticizing her, including remarks about her revealing photos and accusations from Carlos’ siblings. One family member allegedly mocked her for claiming to be an “independent woman” while relying on free flights and being unable to rent her own place. Other relatives reportedly questioned whether Carlos deserved his Olympic success, deepening the family rift.
Chloe responded with a defiant caption: “If you’re gonna get mad at me for standing up for myself, stay mad. If you’re gonna get mad at me for breaking generational curse, stay mad.”
She continued, “I’m not here to please anyone. I know what I did and didn’t.” Chloe emphasized that she’s speaking her truth, regardless of online opinions, and expressed confidence in her relationship with Carlos, saying, “I know my truth and so does the people around me, most [especially] mahal Carlos.”
Chloe also signaled that this would be her final statement on the matter, writing, “The universe has my back… this would be my last time speaking about this. Again, stay mad and good luck with your PR stunts or pakulo. Much love.”
