Broadcast journalist Karen Davila unintentionally stole the spotlight in a humorous blooper that’s now trending online, with fans calling it her “timbog era.”
The amusing incident took place on Monday, October 28, during ABS-CBN’s ‘TV Patrol.’
As co-anchor Noli de Castro began his report on former President Rodrigo Duterte’s Senate appearance, Davila was spotted walking behind him. Realizing mid-stride that the live camera was already rolling, Davila looked surprised and quickly exited the frame. De Castro continued his report, seemingly unaware of the brief disruption.
A clip of the incident soon appeared on X (formerly Twitter), shared by a parody account with the caption “LARO KA, MS. KAREN DAVILA” alongside crying emojis.
