Kapamilya star Jessy Mendiola is about to make her long-awaited comeback to acting in ABS-CBN’s upcoming action-drama teleserye “Nobody.”
She joins lead star Gerald Anderson in the intriguing series that will center on one’s loyalty and integrity.
The two previously worked together in the hit teleserye “Budoy,” where Jessy played the role of Jackie, Budoy’s (Gerald) best friend and love interest.
“Nobody” will be Jessy’s first TV project after signing a new contract with ABS-CBN’s talent management Star Magic last July.
She was last seen in the 2019 Kapamilya series “Sandugo.” She also served as the titular character in the series “Sabel” and “Maria Mercedes,” starred in “Precious Hearts Romances Presents: Paraiso” and “You’re My Home,” and was part of the well-loved comedy program “Banana Sundae.”
One of the highly anticipated Kapamilya series in the offing, “Nobody” will be directed by Benedict Mique and Rae Red and produced under ABS-CBN’s JRB Creative Production. Apart from Gerald and Jessy, JC De Vera was also confirmed to join the program.
