People were surprised that it was Nadine who emerged as the number one among all the sexiest women on the said list. The strong contender had always been GMA 7 star Kim Domingo, she ended up as second best next to Nadine’s.
James Reid, Nadine’s reel and real love interest is so proud of his lady love for adding another feather on her cap. Now, the question that most fans would be interested in would be, will Nadine finally agree to pose for the said sexy men’s magazine now that she had won in the said poll?
Nadine Lustre is now this year’s FHM Philippines’ Sexiest Woman for 2017. The Kapamilya actress was not only very honoured but surprised as well when the FHM team presented her with a plaque recently at the ABS-CBN compound.
Nadine admitted she had never expected to win. “I’m really surprised but I’m super thankful kasi siyempre kahit papaano ni-recognize pa rin ng FHM and also for the JaDines and also for the non-JaDine fans who voted for me. Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng bumoto,” said Nadine.
As for her secret in achieving such sexy body, Nadine shares: “Binago ‘ung food, the food that I eat, how I eat. Basically, controlled eating lang. I mean there is no effort naman talaga to be sexy but to be confident and to be healthy,” she relayed.
And because she was hailed as this year’s Sexiest Woman by the magazine, will she finally agree to pose for its cover? “Depende sa decision ng Viva management, we’ll see Wala pang sinasabi as of now. Whatever Viva tells me to do naman, I trust them so well naman, so walang problema,” Nadine reasons out.
Asked if James already knew about the good news, she said she has not told him yet. “For sure magiging happy din ‘yun. Nung nalaman niya nga na kasama ako sa list, he’s proud na of me. What more this time pag nalaman niyang I won? Nakita rin naman kasi niya talaga ‘yung struggle ko to lose weight, to be fit talaga and healthy so I’m sure.”
Nadine is also set to start a new project soon where she will be doing a daring role. “It’s a story pero secret po muna, saka ko na lang i-kwento but it’s really exciting kasi iba siya from the roles I’ve done before,” ends Nadine.
