Celebrity couple Maine Mendoza and Arjo Atayde have put an end to rumors about their alleged split after appearing together at a recent family gathering.

The couple was seen attending the anniversary celebration of Arjo’s parents, veteran actress Sylvia Sanchez and businessman Art Atayde. Photos from the intimate event were shared by Sanchez on Instagram, showing Maine and Arjo spending time with the family.
“Thank you, kiddos, for surprising us last night. Love you all! Happy anniversary again, my husband Art—pangit! Love you most!” Sylvia wrote in the caption.
Also present at the gathering were Ria Atayde and husband Zanjoe Marudo with their son Sabino, Gela Atayde with rumored partner Zaijian Jaranilla, and the couple’s youngest son, Xavi Atayde.
The photos quickly gained traction online, effectively dispelling circulating claims that Maine and Arjo had already separated. In several images, the couple appeared relaxed and cheerful alongside family members.
Speculation about their relationship surfaced after Maine was absent from some recent Atayde family events, including a birthday celebration, and after no photos of the couple together were posted during her birthday last March 3.
Addressing the issue earlier, Atayde family publicist Chuck Gomez clarified that Maine’s absence from one of the events was due to illness, saying, “She (Maine) wasn’t feeling well that day.”
Following the release of the photos, fans flooded the comments section with messages supporting the couple and dismissing the breakup rumors.
“Basag na naman mga umaasa sa hiwalayan ni Maine at Cong Arjo,” one netizen commented.
Another wrote, “Oh sa mga naghahanap jan kay Maine ayan fresh na fresh! Di lang napost sa iba, dami na agad issue.”
