Pastillas Girl asked netizens to ‘know the story first.’ She also asked them to ‘watch the full video‘ and not make this an issue. “Know the whole story first. Watch the full video. Ayan nanaman tayo eh. I love @itsShowtimena. Wag naman sana bigyan ng issue🙁.”
The video she’s talking about is her recent interview uploaded by PEP.ph. Here, Pastillas Girl candidly answered members of the press who asked her: “Saan ka unang nadiscover, sa Showtime talaga o dito sa Viva?” Her answer: “Actually sa Showtime talaga kasi after ng video na nag-viral, talagang ‘It’s Showtime’ po ang unang tumawag sa akin. Of course at that time kasi, kailangan ng something bago.”

Her revelation made fans react negatively, especially on Twitter. This prompted Yap to make her account private.
Angelica then issued a statement clarifying the things she said during the interview.
