Seasoned love team John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo are set to reunite in a movie entitled “The Mistress.” The said movie is another Star Cinema offering which mark their 10th year anniversary as a love team.
Both Bea and John Lloyd are excited about this reunion movie. In an interview with “TV Patrol”‘s Gretchen Fullido on Wednesday, April 25, John Lloyd said that he is looking forward to shooting his reunion movie with Bea because both of them have already grown up as actors. During their cam test held at the ABS-CBN compound yesterday, April 25, it was evident that they haven’t lost their chemistry as seen in their highly-successful movies “One More Chance” (2007) and “Miss You Like Crazy” (2010).
Their reunion movie, “The Mistress” will tackle a controversial theme and they will be playing deep and sensitive roles. The said movie will be helmed by award-winning director, Olivia M. Lamasan.
