After their first team up on the remake of GMA Network’s “Villa Quintana,” Elmo Magalona and Janine Gutierrez are set to return on the small screen with a brand new TV series, “More Than Words.” The series tells the story of Ikay, a physically-challenged student who resorts to putting up a blog rather than feel bad about being bullied in campus. As she writes about a romantic love story, Ikay secretly wishes that she’d also find a perfect guy just like the character named Hiro.
“More Than Words” was slated for airing on GMA Afternoon Prime, luckily, for some good reasons, GMA Network executives find the series more interesting to be placed on GMA Telebabad. This light drama-comedy series will replace “Ilustrado” of GMA Telebabad.
Directed by Andoy Ranay, joining the two in the cast are Leni Santos, PJ Abellana,Enzo Pineda and Jacklyn Jose.
