Kapamilya teen stars Nash Aguas and Alexa Ilacad will teach viewers the youth’s great need for their parents’ guidance in their first primetime drama series on ABS-CBN titled “Bagito,” which will air this Monday (November 17).
“Bagito,” which is based on the hit Wattpad series written by Noreen Capili, narrates the story of Drew (Nash), a teenager forced to face the responsibilities of being a young father because of his huge mistake.
How will Drew’s newly born child change his life and the lives of his loved ones? Is he ready to leave his childhood behind and face the difficulties of being a young father? How will Drew’s parents help and guide him as he enters the “real world?”
Aside from Nash and Alexa, completing the powerhouse cast of “Bagito” are Kapamilya teen star Ella Cruz and veteran actors Agot Isidro, Ariel Rivera, and Angel Aquino. Also in the series are Paolo Santiago, Alex Diaz, and the members of the rising boy group Gimme 5 Joaquin Reyes, John Bermundo, Grae Fernandez, and Brace Arquia It is directed by Onat Diaz and Jojo Saguin.
Aside from “Bagito,” other books written by best-selling author Noreen include “Parang Kayo Pero Hindi” and “Buti Pa Ang Roma May Bagong Papa.” She is also one of the writers of hit Dreamscape teleseryes like “Walang Hanggan,” “Mirabella,” “My Binondo Girl,” “Katorse,” and “Aryana.”
“Bagito” is under the production of Dreamscape Entertainment Television, the group that created top-rating TV masterpieces such as “Walang Hanggan,” “Ina Kapatid Anak,” “Juan dela Cruz,” and “Ikaw Lamang.”
