The Grammy Award winning artist Bryan White becomes emotional as he tearfully sings his popular song “God Gave Me You” during his first Philippine concert held at Smart Araneta Coliseum on Tuesday, December 1, 2015
The original singer of “God Gave Me You” is overwhelmed for the love and warm support he is receiving from Filipino fans as he almost cry singing the song.
“It’s overwhelming to be here. I’m grateful to be here because of music, and grateful for Filipinos. All of it has brought me here I’ve always heard about the hospitality, how people go far and beyond themselves just to treat people well. I’ve got to experience that and I’ve been so moved by how kind everybody’s been to me,” Bryan White said to the audience.
Bryan White also revealed that once he also faced tough challenges in his career and almost lose hope.
“Right after ‘God Gave Me You’ was a single in the United States, my record label kind of folded, But through that, I reached out and God changed my life in such a huge way because of that.” Bryan White said
The audience started screaming and went closer to the stage when Bryan White sang his famous song “God Gave Me You”. The American country music singer also went down on stage and reach some fans to show them how thankful he is for making the song popular even after a decade since the song is recorded.
During his concert, Bryan White also shared his great experience in meeting Alden Richards.
“I got to meet sir Alden, We got to hang out a little bit, talk, catch up. Of course, we didn’t have a lot of time because we’re both busy but… You know how crazy it is for all of this to happen from Twitter and then actually could be here. It’s really crazy.”
Bryan White also took the opportunity to thank everyone who made “God Gave Me You” a huge success in the Philippines.
“I was able to go and meet so many people that helped me to make ‘God Gave Me You’ a huge success. I wanna thank everybody at GMA Network, Sunday PinaSaya and Eat Bulaga as well.”
Though Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza isn’t there, Audience are so happy and well entertained.
