9. RasTro
The last names of Rhian Ramos and Glaiza de Castro were blended to come up with the monicker, RasTro. True to its LGBT roots, fans of this love team call themselves the RasTro Rebels.
RasTro started with the teleserye “The Rich Man’s Daughter” (TRMD) which ran on GMA Network from May 11 to August 7,2015, with a total of 65 episodes aired. It was nominated for Best Primetime Drama Series at “PMPC Star Awards for Television”.
The love team won the People’ Choice Award from GMA Bloggers’ style camp.
The RasTro love team was part of the trending list on Twitter for several times while TRMD was still showing. When TRMD ended, the love team lived on and their fans remained solid and are still active on social media.
