Sunshine Dizon is decided to finish the legal battle against husband Timothy Tan.
Sunshine filed a case RA 9262 or Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004 against her husband Timothy Tan. In a report in “24-Oras” last night, Sunshine said what she is going through right now is not easy, more so for her kids, “Hindi po madali ang pinagdadaanan ko at nga mga anak ko ngayon. I’m trying my best to keep everything private but my situation as an actress makes it difficult to keep everything away from the public.” said Sunshine.
According to Atty. Clair Castro, “Kumpleto na kami ng ebidensya. Pati yung mga tao sa paligid ng kanyang asawa umamin na na talagang ibinahay niya yung babae sa 12th floor ng same building. So, malaking laban na ito ni Sunshine.”
