GMA Network will be doing a TV adaptation of the 1992 film “Sinungaling Mong Puso which stars Star for All Seasons Vilma Santos with Gabby Concepcion, Aga Muhlach and Alice Dixson.
The TV adaptation will be led by Kapuso actress Rhian Ramos as Clara, a woman trapped in an unhappy marriage prompting her to enter into a relationship with a younger man, with Kiko Estrada, one of the Network’s up-and-coming young actors, will play the role of Clara’s younger lover originally portrayed by Aga Muhlach. Meanwhile, Rafael Rosell will take on the character of Clara’s husband first played by Gabby Concepcion.
Also part of the show are Jazz Ocampo, Glydel Mercado, Stephanie Sol, Gab de Leon, Gee Canlas, JC Tiuseco, Michael de Mesa, Sherilyn Reyes and Cheska Diaz.
Ricky Davao, who previously helmed afternoon shows such as “Sisid, “”Mga Basang Sisiw,” and “Dading,” will direct the new GMA afternoon drama.
