Arnel Pineda became a little nostalgic upon recalling his “dark past” during his guesting in “Magandang Buhay” on October 24. He admitted that he used to be under the influence of drugs but managed to turn away from the habit with the help of his wife.

He also said that change must first come from within the individual himself.
“Ikaw ang may control talaga sa buhay mo eh,” he explained.
“Huwag mong iaasa sa magulang mo, sa kapatid mo, o sa best friend mo. Kailangan talaga manggaling sa iyo. Solid change, sa iyo dapat.”
