Jeepney TV viewers are in for a huge treat this October as the ultimate throwback channel celebrates its fourth year anniversary, highlighted by the comeback of the phenomenal and well-loved series “Be Careful With My Heart.”
ABS-CBN’s daytime hit series, which tells the love story of widower and businessman Richard or “Ser Chief” (Richard Yap) and nanny-turned-flight attendant Maya (Jodi Sta. Maria) will be seen daily on weeknights on Jeepney TV starting October 17.
Jodi, who recently earned a nomination as Best Actress at the 2016 International Emmy Awards, is also the channel’s Icon of the Month. Her fans can get to know her better in “BTS: Jodi Sta. Maria” that airs on October 30.
More Kapamilya hits are in store on Jeepney TV’s anniversary month such as “Nathaniel” led by child star Marco Masa, with Gerald Anderson, Shaina Magdayao, and Coney Reyes starting October 24 and “Galema: Anak ni Zuma,” topbilled by Andi Eigenmann and Matteo Guidicelli, which airs beginning October 23. Starting October 17, the romantic Koreanovela “Princess Hours” premieres at noon, and the groundbreaking U.S. series “Jane The Virgin” caps Jeepney TV’s evenings on weekdays.
Meanwhile, Saturday afternoons are more action-packed starting in October with the addition of the Ejay Falcon-starrer “Dugong Buhay,” followed by “Lastikman” with the popular Pinoy superhero played by Vhong Navarro. Saturday nights also gain more muscle with the recent Koreanovela hit “Blood” and “Pasada Astig” that features Pinoy Cinema’s biggest action movies and heroes.
