“The Super Parental Guardians” now holds the highest opening PH movie gross of all time.
In an announcement posted last night (November 30) by their official accounts, Star Cinema revealed that the “The Super Parental Guardians” overtook the ₱60,462,169.57 domestic opening day record set by “My Bebe Love: #KiligPaMore.”
This is just an opening day record, it’s not impossible to break another record again set by their very first movie together “Beauty and the Bestie” with ₱529 million last year.
“The Super Parental Guardians” is about Coco and Vice as Arci and Paco, clashing personalities who both want to take care of the children of Paco’s late sister Sarah (Matet de Leon). Upon the recommendation of one his friends, Paco seeks help from Arci as he moves in to raise the children, played by Onyok Pineda and Awra Briguela.
