Bianca King on why she kept her role in “Pusong Ligaw” a secret

Kapamilya actress Bianca King reveals why she kept her new ABS-CBN series “Pusong Ligaw” a secret for some time.

At the grand press launch of “Pusong Ligaw”, starring her co-actors Beauty Gonzalez, Sofia Andres and Diego Loyzaga, the 32-year-old confessed that she was silent when she received an offer from Star Creatives to do a series as a Kapamilya.

“Wala akong tinawagan, wala akong sinabihan. Kasi nandoon pa rin sa akin ‘yung takot na baka hindi siya matuloy, o baka palitan ako, o baka hindi siya maipalabas. So, itinago ko siya,” she revealed.

Bianca added, “Para ko s’yang deep dark secret na nagte-taping na ulit ako for a show. Hindi ako naging overconfident na, ‘Ay, nasa ABS-CBN ako,’ hindi ganun.

“So, it was a very good mindset for me to go to ABS with a beginner’s mind.”

Bianca started her career in GMA Network where she starred in various roles such as Aviona in “Mulawin”, Natalia in “MariMar”, an Melissa in “Broken Vow”.

She temporarily left showbiz when her second home network, TV5, axed her program. Now that the actress is a certified Kapamilya, we can now claim that it’s still not a game over for Bianca.
