- Bobby Andrew thanked GMA Network for giving him a role in “Mulawin vs Ravena”.
- The actor also lamented over the government’s decision to not to reappoint him as MTRCB board member.
Bobby Andrews is very thankful to GMA Network for choosing him as one of the characters of “Mulawin vs Ravena” — the latter’s most-enourmous series this year.
He will be playing the character of Dionisio, while his former onscreen partner Angelu de Leon will portray the role of Lourdes.
However, despite being one of the series’ main cast, Bobby had also lamented over the news that he is no longer needed as a board member of Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB).
He said, “Nanghinayang talaga ako nang hindi na ako na-reappoint but that’s the way things go eh. That’s way things are.
“Nothing is permanent, and I’m just glad now at least, ang mga nasimulan naming programa, ipinagpapatuloy pa rin sa MTRCB.”
Bobby also added, “May sinimulan kami, may direksyon namang sinusundan.”
Nonetheless, the Kapuso actor emphasized that he believes in Attorney Rachel Arenas, MTRCB’s newest chairperson.
Meanwhile, “Mulawin vs Ravena” is set to premiere on May 22, after “24 Oras”. The series is said to be the continuation of “Encantadia”, which will be airing its final episode on May 19.
